About the Role:

This position will support the ANH Ruminant sales force in the sale of Balchem ANH products to customers in the USA and internationally. The ideal candidate will reside in WI or MN and have a strong background in animal nutrition and health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support in product sales, including specific product knowledge and practical nutrition knowledge.
  • Work to deliver business unit sales and profitability goals.
  • Prepare and present technical product presentations to various audiences.
  • Contribute written articles on product-centric topics and build a network of supporters for Balchem.
  • Provide leadership communication and develop advocates within the technical community.
  • Interact with local and regional universities to coordinate R&D efforts.
  • Prepare and present training materials on products and applications.
  • Contribute to competitive intelligence gathering and assist in strategic utilization of this knowledge.
  • Assist Area Market Representatives with key account planning and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. or D.V.M with 5+ years post-graduate experience; or M.S. with 10+ years of field experience.
