Job Title: Financial Services Advisor

At Campbell & Company, Wealth Advisors, and Certified Public Accountants, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our advisory team, you will be responsible for executing operational processes for client servicing within the Financial Advisor's book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing support materials and reports for the chief advisor.
  • Researching and building relationships with new clients, and participating in internal and external client meetings and debriefs.
  • Meeting with advisors regularly to review appointments and cases.
  • Meeting with clients, as needed.
  • Ensuring that data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM.
  • Ability to measure the business and submit weekly progress reports.
  • Maintaining compliance documentation.

Requirements:

  • FINRA Series 65 is required. CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation is required.
  • Embodying the company culture and mission.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Effective time management skills. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly refined analytical and human relations skills.
  • Must be self-motivated with a good work ethic, and have demonstrated the discipline to work independently.
  • Ability to excel in a competitive, team-oriented environment.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving skills, resourceful, and effective in making decisions.
