  • Evaluate project requirements and timelines to optimize the distribution of tasks.

  • Assign tasks based on individual strengths to maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and adjust task assignments as necessary.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, Controls, Computer Science, or Software).
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in engineering management, development, or leadership roles.
  • Strong skills in project management, leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and multitasking.
  • Familiarity with the deployment, usage, and support of dSPACE tools.
  • Excellent mentoring and communication abilities.
