The Territory Manager role at Acosta is a challenging and rewarding position that offers the opportunity to drive business growth and develop long-term customer relationships. As a key member of our team, you will oversee a specific territory, building strong relationships with retail partners and field leadership to increase sales volume.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Developing and maintaining relationships with store management and regional management within a specific area or market
  2. Identifying new sales opportunities for incremental displays within assigned stores in the territory
  3. Conducting store training to sales reps, acting as subject matter expert
  4. Learnt product details and communicate them to diverse audiences
  5. Gather market and compensation insights
  6. Property reporting of activities through online reporting system
  7. Meeting the physical requirements
  8. Other duties as assigned

A successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a proven track record of success in a sales or business development role.
