Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle claims notifications of defective materials and/or installation
  • Verify supporting documentation and set up vendor inspections
  • Schedule movers and communicate with departments to process re-installations
  • Calculate claim totals and process charge-backs for vendors
  • Ensure accurate data entry and customer service

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in computer skills for data entry and RFMS
  • One to two years of office experience and purchasing experience preferred
