We're looking for a talented individual who can effectively communicate with dealers, reps, and customers to understand their needs and expectations. You'll be responsible for managing projects from start to completion, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry, and providing best-in-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and anticipate complex customer needs and translate them into configurable and custom products.
  • Process orders accurately within established metrics.
  • Originate or revise quotations and/or drawings to meet project needs.
  • Provide a supporting role to Logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Service, Parts, and Credit departments regarding customer business before and after the sale.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Knowledgeable of the product line, including applications, regulations, and limitations.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to understand construction documents and specifications.
  • Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Physical Demands: Able to lift 35 lbs., walk on the manufacturing floor, stand for extended periods, travel by air or car. Up to 20% of travel may be required.
