Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation and control systems for high-speed bottling, packaging, and processing operations.
  • Oversee the execution of automation and control projects across North America, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and performance standards.
  • Evaluate and select automation solutions to optimize production efficiency, enhance safety and quality, and reduce costs.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to the broader engineering team and multi-functional partners in manufacturing, procurement, brand innovation, and technical operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with focus in electrical engineering or equivalent experience, education, and training that meet minimum requirements.
  • 8+ years of experience in technical, production, or engineering roles within consumer products manufacturing, packaging, or distillation industries.
  • 7+ years of experience with programming Motor controls and VFDs.
  • 7+ years of experience with Robotics system components and controls.
  • 7+ years of experience with PLC programs and ladder logic.
