The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and coordination of research programs, including the management of outcome measure collection, training and supervision of staff, and design and implementation of statewide fidelity assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve outcome measure collection across multiple research programs
  • Train and supervise staff on research protocols and procedures
  • Design and conduct statewide fidelity assessments to measure adherence to research models
  • Provide detailed reports on outcome measures and fidelity assessments to stakeholders
  • Assist with IRB and progress reports, as well as grant writing and manuscript preparation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 4-6 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Expertise in REDCap, Excel, and program evaluation in mental health care
  • Administrative, research, or managerial experience
  • Skills and experience preferred: knowledge of first episode psychosis and the CSC model, experience with the FEP population, familiarity with data visualization software and R software, familiarity with policy research and reporting, and informatics
