Job Opportunity

Sia Partners, a next-generation management consulting firm, is seeking a talented Senior Data Scientist to join our Data Science Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will work alongside our Data Science consultants and clients on various Data Science projects, including data acquisition, exploration, and presentation of results to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients' leadership teams, engineers, and data analysts to understand data needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Identify, acquire, and process relevant data sources to drive business insights.
  • Analyze large datasets to discover trends and patterns, and communicate findings through presentations, dashboards, and datasets.
  • Develop predictive models and machine-learning algorithms to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Work closely with engineering and product development teams to ensure seamless integration of data-driven solutions.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst.
  • Strong expertise in building models, machine learning, and NLP.
  • Proficiency in R, SQL, and Python programming languages.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, PowerBi, or R Shiny.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • BSc/BA in Data Science, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with multiple coding languages.
  • Background in data mining and statistical techniques.
  • Good understanding of machine learning and statistical concepts.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and object-oriented programming.
