Mandatory Requirements:

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Senior Data Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing data marts and data warehouses
  • Developing and maintaining ETL processes, BI dashboards, and reports
  • Participating in DW/BI projects throughout the project lifecycle
  • Establishing written best practices and procedures for data model design
  • Creating and maintaining up-to-date documentation for supported DW/DM, ETL, and BI systems

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain Spotfire systems, including prediction models written in R, TERR, and automation services
  2. Automation of source system data extraction processes and data loading of the Data Warehouse
  3. Operationalize prediction models
  4. Adhere to Client's application development standards, including project management methodology, SDLC, Enterprise Architecture standards, and IT governance process
