Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of Clinical Applications projects, overseeing all project stages from initial planning to initiation, execution, and closure.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree coupled with 10+ years of proven IT Project Management leadership experience.
  • Healthcare experience and experience with Epic required; hospital experience is preferred.
  • PMP certification.
  • Expertise in establishing complex technical project plans, driving projects from start to finish, creating realistic schedules, setting customer expectations, proactively identifying, and managing risks, and adjusting to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage people who are running simultaneous projects of a highly complex nature.
  • Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, at all levels, with maturity and credibility.
  • Able to drive collaboration harmoniously with diverse teams.
  • Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work is 100% remote, but ability to occasionally travel to the Philadelphia/Camden, NJ, area is required.
