Job Summary:

The Home Medical Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of medical equipment to patients' homes, ensuring that all equipment is properly set up and functioning correctly.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate delivery of medical equipment to patients' homes
  • Ensure all equipment is properly set up and functioning correctly
  • Provide patient education on the safe use of medical equipment
  • Complete paperwork and documentation accurately
  • Work closely with patients, referral sources, and co-workers to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Salary: $48,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
