Regional Sales Manager Arizona

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Arizona territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in this region.

Your Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets, including identifying new business opportunities and creating tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and provide regular updates on progress.
- Promote Portwest's products and services through demonstrations, trials, and other engaging methods to showcase their value proposition.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, resolving any issues that may arise and escalating concerns as necessary.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging colleagues to share ideas and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence to inform future decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to enhance Portwest's competitive edge.
What You Will Need:
- A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the PPE, workwear, or safety wear industry.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of adapting to changing circumstances.
- Familiarity with sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- A clean driving license and willingness to travel within the designated region as required.
