We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Sales Manager to join our LeafGuard team. With over 300 million in sales, we are looking for someone with a strong track record of driving business growth and developing successful sales strategies.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of sales management experience and a proven ability to build relationships with key customers. They will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Build relationships with key customers to increase sales revenue
  • Establish KPI's to ensure meeting financial goals
  • Provide active participation in sales activities required to achieve business success
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of customers, opportunities, markets, and competition
  • Build and maintain aggressive account growth plans of top customers in assigned geography
  • Add value to customers through growth and support activities
  • Provide productive strategic and market feedback to the business
  • Build and execute on plans to support customer and market training needs

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • 5-10 years sales management experience
  • Strong interpersonal written/verbal communication, organizational and leadership skills
  • Developed and proven sales skills including prospecting, negotiating, influencing, and selling
  • Ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization
  • Proven analytical and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and high energy, strong customer focus and responsiveness, adaptable
  • Technically competent to run product demonstrations
  • Self-managed and goal oriented
  • Strong ethical and moral compass
