We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Goldstar Rehabilitation Inc. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional and skill-based assessments to identify goals and develop individualized plans
  • Implement evidence-based interventions, such as Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBIs)
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide caregiver training
  • Collaborate with caregivers to understand their priorities and develop highly individualized plans and goals
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • At least one year of experience in ABA working with children aged 0-21
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Dependable, consistent, reliable, trustworthy, and professional
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Able to perform activities that require fine and gross motor skills, such as bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting on the floor, or standing for periods of time
  • Able to respond quickly in short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of clients
  • Able and willing to work in both indoor and outdoor settings
