Job Summary

As a Field Service Engineer at Philips, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our diagnostic imaging equipment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment at customer sites. This will involve working closely with customers to understand their business needs and providing timely and effective solutions to address their technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support to customers through on-site visits, phone calls, and email communications
* Install, troubleshoot, and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance
* Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
* Work closely with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging service environment or 4+ years in electromechanical industries
* Strong understanding of electronic, mechanical, and networking theory
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
