Position Overview:


The primary responsibility is to oversee the Customer Support Center – Debit and ATM Claims, In-Branch (Call Center), along with Online Fraud Phones (inbound communications from clients reporting fraudulent online banking activities) and customer grievances.

The role includes managing comprehensive operations while ensuring that anticipated service levels and quality standards are upheld.

The leader will engage regularly with internal stakeholders, clients, and team members, fostering awareness of team objectives, addressing challenges, and ensuring that opportunities are recognized with a strategic plan for success.

Candidates should demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting, and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Additionally, the leader will be accountable for the financial performance of the account.

Essential Job Functions:


Achieve and/or surpass objectives established by the line of business that contribute to the Service Level Agreements with the Client.

Inspire and guide the team towards success through recognition, team-building initiatives, and positive reinforcement.
Establish and manage production and quality expectations.
Conduct daily/weekly meetings to review results from previous days, discuss changes, etc.
Participate in quality performance evaluations.
Examine organizational charts to comprehend clear reporting structures within each unit.
Respond to inquiries from clients.
Support Senior Management as required.
Organize and oversee weekly WBR & monthly MBR meetings with the client.
Additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by Executive Management.

Requirements:


10+ years of comprehensive banking experience along with 5+ years of overseeing Debit Card and ATM card fraud and non-fraud services.

Previous experience in managing teams across Debit Card and ATM card fraud is preferred.
A proven track record showcasing a high level of personal initiative and leadership.
Ability to quickly grasp Client Business and its priorities.
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong risk management and controls.
Must uphold the highest standard of attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and proficient written communication skills.
Strong work ethic and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Ability to manage and oversee budgets.
Capability to motivate and develop a team to meet established goals.

Preference:
Prior experience in managing teams across Fraud operations, Debit Cards, and collections is preferred.
