We are seeking a highly skilled Retirement Plan Administrator to join our team at Raymond James Financial Incorporated. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration of a select group of qualified retirement and health reimbursement plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee plan design, administration, and compliance documents
- Manage retirement plan cash flow and monitor daily transactions
- Process loan, distribution, contributions, and enrollment transactions
- Respond to client inquiries and explain plan features
- Handle health reimbursement claim review and approval
- Prepare and review deliverables for accuracy and quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Computer Science
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the retirement industry
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and established database software
