Job SummaryThe Nurse Assistant 3 will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety. This role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
- Assist with patient transfers and transportation.
- Document patient information and care provided in the electronic medical record.
- Perform general receptionist and clerical duties to support the nursing unit.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous hospital or nursing home experience preferred.
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support certification required.
- Current CNA certification preferred.
