We are seeking a skilled Nurse Assistant to join our team at 3 North Progressive Care Unit at Troy Hospital. As a member of our team, you will provide exceptional care to our patients and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide care to patients according to the plan of care, unit routine, and hospital policy under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
- Transport patients safely via wheelchair or stretcher and document services provided.
- Observe patients who require constant observation and document care provided in the electronic medical record.
- Perform general receptionist and clerical duties to facilitate efficient functioning of the nursing unit.

Requirements- High school graduate or equivalent.

This is a full-time position working night shifts, Monday to Friday, with every third weekend. The primary location is Troy Hospital Dequindre Road - Troy.
