Scope of WorkAs a Registered Nurse on our Progressive Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

- A minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred, with a completion deadline of 5 years.
- Graduates from non-accredited nursing schools must have at least 1 year of acute care experience or 2 years of experience in a licensed healthcare role, and must have successfully passed the NCLEX licensure examination.
- A valid MI Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required upon hire, with AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months.
- Specialty certification is highly recommended within 2 years.
