About the Role

Hunt Electric is seeking a highly skilled Technology Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting services for low voltage systems, including AV, DAS, SEC, and WiFi hardware and cabling standards.
  • Installation and Termination: Install and terminate all system cabling, including patch panels, Cat5e-6A, Coax, AV, Security, and DAS.
  • Communication and Coordination: Coordinate with customers and co-workers to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Complete FOCUS/PTP forms, process change orders and work orders, and create and process purchase orders.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, maintain a good attitude, and work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the field, with 2 years of field management experience.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, including knowledge of AV, DAS, SEC, and WiFi hardware and cabling standards.
  • Certifications: Hold at least 4 manufacturer certifications.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
