Job Title: Technology Service Technician

Hunt Electric is seeking a highly skilled Technology Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and installing low voltage systems, working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Self-reliant with the ability to troubleshoot complex low voltage systems
  • Proficient in Bluebeam, Excel, Outlook, Word, and scheduling software
  • Match electrical schedules and complete FOCUS/PTP forms
  • Process change orders and work orders, and create and process purchase orders
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and coworkers
  • Coordinate jobs with customers and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • General installation and termination of all system cabling, including dress and termination of communication closets
  • Assist with cable testing results uploaded to project cloud
  • Maintain a good attitude and leadership skills
Requirements:
  • Understands AV, DAS, SEC, WiFi hardware and cabling standards
  • Five years' minimum experience in the field with two years of field management experience
  • Ability to manage service calls and small jobs
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Dress and terminate patch panels, Cat5e-6A, Coax, AV, Security, DAS
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Four to six years' experience in the ITS field
  • Professional presentation customer service experience with clients
  • Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screen
