Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, implement, and support software and hardware to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with the Data Team to ensure software integrations work consistently and effectively.
  • Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
  • Work closely with the Security team to ensure software and hardware meets company security standards.
  • Provide advanced technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing and improve support efficiency.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in application administration to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience with construction industry workflows, best practices, software, and hardware.
  • Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining construction enterprise applications.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate in a customer service environment.
  • High level of ethics and confidentiality.
