Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional patient care through direct and telephone contact, adhering to established standards and practices.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery, maximal coordination of efforts, and active patient participation in planning and care.
- Assist physicians or other providers with clinical procedures and participate in patient teaching.
- Provide direction to clerical assistants, medical assistants, and other non-licensed personnel.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing.
- New York State (NYS) license with current NYS registration, in good standing or compact license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- 1+ years of experience as a licensed practical nurse or 2+ years as a Medical Assistant in a pertinent practice area.
