You will find our team working in local clinics, surgery centers, and urgent care centers, within care models focused on managing risk, higher quality outcomes, and driving change through collaboration and innovation.

Responsibilities:
  • Obtain history and physical exam and provide treatment options
  • Medication Management with focus on non-opioid medications
  • Follow-up with patients to assess response to treatment, including physical therapy, medications, and interventional therapies
  • Opportunity to learn and perform office-based procedural therapies, such as large joint injections and trigger point injections
  • Ability to discuss indications and details of procedure with patients, inform patients on risk/benefit/alternatives, and post-procedure assessment for efficacy and complication
Requirements:
  • Unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process
  • Graduate of an Accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program, Masters level preferred
  • National Board Certification
  • Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in at least one of the following specialties: Orthopedics, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Pain Management, Neurology, and/or Neurosurgery
