We are currently in search of a proactive Senior HR Generalist for our client operating in the Manufacturing sector. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will oversee a comprehensive range of HR functions, including training, recruitment, and HR management systems. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and employee development.
This is a permanent position that primarily requires onsite presence. A limited work-from-home option is available post-training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment process for roles spanning from professional to manufacturing levels within the organization. This involves sourcing, evaluating, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure their qualifications align with job requirements.
- Identify and implement enhancements to improve internal customer service.
- Leverage data from multiple sources to recommend and execute suitable corrective actions for employees and leadership.
- Collaborate proactively with management to foster engagement, on-the-job training, onboarding, and other HR initiatives.
- Partner with HR leadership and other executives to provide strategic support on critical initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with expertise in one or more HR areas such as recruitment, training and development, talent management, or employee relations.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements.
- Strong understanding of Federal and State employment regulations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
