Leidos is seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Non-Kinetic Training Specialist position. This role is integral to a comprehensive program that supports the Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission within the Air Combat Command (ACC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and curate training curricula and materials focusing on Non-Kinetic Operations, Information Operations, and Informational Warfare, emphasizing integration with Joint Space, Cyber, Intelligence, and Electronic Warfare platforms.
  • Deliver training and instruction to military personnel, civilian staff, and contractors involved in Non-Kinetic Operations (NKO) integration with space and cyber domains.
  • Revise and update training materials to reflect new capabilities and ensure relevance.
  • Support the development of Area of Responsibility (AOR) certification courseware.
  • Contribute to the formulation of ACC/16AF policies and programs in Information Operations/Warfare.
  • Maintain and update ACC and 55th Wing syllabi, Job Qualification Standards, and Training Task Lists as necessary.
  • Assist in creating training plans and courseware for Joint Force and Joint Partner Non-Kinetic and Informational Warfare Operations.
  • Conduct site assessments to identify new training topics and develop corresponding courseware.
  • Implement necessary changes and updates to course materials as required.
  • Provide feedback on accomplishments and challenges encountered during task execution.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with the capability to obtain a polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree with 8-15 years of relevant experience (experience may substitute for degree).
  • Experience in facilitating courses for adult learners and seasoned professionals.
  • Proficient in delivering effective oral presentations and preparing written materials that clearly communicate learning objectives.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Experience working in Joint Force and Joint Partner settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ISR platforms and their operational capabilities.
  • Experience in planning and executing Red Flag or Weapons School exercises.
  • Knowledge of Operations Centers, including AOC, OC, WOC, or TOC.
  • Graduation from USAF Weapons School, School of Advanced Military Studies, Joint Advanced Warfighting School, or equivalent.
  • Background in Cyber, Space, Electronic Warfare, Mission Defense, Targeting, Information Operations, or Public Affairs.
  • Experience in developing or executing Operational Plans (OPLANs) or other contingency operations.
