- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6-9+ years of related work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in IT System Administration.
- Knowledge of operating systems, platforms, databases, and networks.
- Skills in system security, backup, recovery, patch management, and automation tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and web hosting technologies.
- Understanding of networking services and protocols.
- Computer proficiency and hardware knowledge.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Project management skills.
