Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Table Support Team Member to join our team at Eataly North America. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for creating a high-quality dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet guests in assigned areas, pour beverages as requested, and serve bread and olive oil.
  • Food Delivery: Run food from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring each course is complete and accurate.
  • Table Maintenance: Remove used dishes and silverware from guest tables between courses and after guests leave the table, and maintain the cleanliness of all tables and chairs in assigned service areas.
  • Support Services: Assist servers when needed, understand food descriptions and ingredients of menu items, and perform other duties as required or assigned.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Skills: Highly organized with excellent time management skills, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours.
  • Availability: Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
