Job Description

The Outbound Operations Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the efficiency and precision of our picker, labeler, and loader teams. This role is crucial in collecting all loading information and disseminating it effectively among team members. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is essential for success in this position. Furthermore, the supervisor will be responsible for onboarding new staff and ensuring high accuracy levels in all outbound activities. A solid grasp of SKU management and intermediate English communication skills are necessary, along with preferred but not mandatory experience in operating various forklift types.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management:
  • Supervise the picker, labeler, and loader teams to guarantee precision in outbound processes.
  • Organize and coordinate outbound activities to achieve daily shipping objectives and timelines.
  • Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to oversee outbound workflows.
  • Encourage team members to uphold high productivity and accuracy standards.
  • Operate forklifts, including cherry pickers, clamps, and turret forklifts, as required.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Establish and uphold inventory control protocols to accurately monitor outgoing stock.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and audits to detect discrepancies.
  • Maintain precise records of warehouse operations and transactions.
  • Quality Control:
  • Implement quality assurance standards to ensure outgoing shipments meet customer requirements and company quality benchmarks.
  • Effectively manage SKU information.
  • Conduct routine inspections of outgoing shipments to identify quality concerns and initiate corrective measures as needed.
  • Training and Development:
  • Assess training needs within the warehouse team and organize relevant training sessions.
  • Support ongoing employee development initiatives.
  • Safety Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Conduct regular safety assessments and promptly address any safety issues.

Job Requirements:

Experience: Candidates should possess a minimum of one to two years of warehouse management experience, with at least three years of overall warehouse experience. Bilingual proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is required.

Knowledge:

? Comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.

? Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols in a warehouse setting.

? Basic math and measurement principles knowledge.

? Insight into quality control standards in the fulfillment process.
