Job Summary

Spurwink Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team. As a School-Based Mental Health Professional, you will provide individual and family therapy in a school setting, as well as home and community-based sessions as needed.

About the Role

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities to promote positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including managed care entries and electronic record keeping.

Requirements

  • A Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling, and Maine Licensure (LMSW-cc, LCSW, LMFT, LCPC-c, or LCPC).
  • Strong clinical skills and experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams and clients from diverse backgrounds.
