Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse II - Ambulatory to join our team at Maine Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working closely with physicians and advanced practice practitioners to deliver high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Perform a wide range of patient care services, including administering medications, conducting medical procedures, and providing education to patients and families.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  • Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required.
  • Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
  • One year of RN experience required; two years of relevant experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated competency in all essential functions of a Registered Nurse I - Ambulatory Care role.
