Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality instruction and support to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing.
- Implement effective practices in deaf education, including virtual curriculum development and the use of assistive technology.
- Build strong relationships with students, families, colleagues, and stakeholders to foster an inclusive and supportive virtual learning environment.
- Promote cultural and linguistic diversity, equity, and inclusion for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students in a virtual setting.
- Masters Degree in Education for Teaching Deaf Students.
- Active DHH licensure required (pending licenses may be considered).
- Preferred experience with Deaf or Hard of Hearing students, including familiarity with cochlear implants, hearing aids, and other assistive devices.
