Key Responsibilities

  • Availability required Monday - Friday, from 7am to 3:30pm or 7:30am to 4pm
  • Manage all incoming cash, checks, and credit card transactions for services and parts
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to exceed the expectations of both internal and external customers
  • Reconcile cash drawer and prepare daily cash reports
  • Process daily bank deposits
  • Scan and upload parts invoices, service invoices, and related documents into the system
  • Post parts and service tickets accurately
  • Audit and finalize service invoices
  • Assist with other accounting tasks and special projects as assigned by management

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED required, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant office experience. Previous experience in a receptionist role and cash handling is preferred. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are encouraged to apply.
