Position Overview
As a Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for the assessment and treatment of individuals experiencing a range of physical, orthopedic, and sports-related conditions. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care services.

Key Responsibilities
1) Patient Care
a) Conduct thorough evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs, adhering to established standards of care.
b) Utilize evidence-based practices to guide patient treatment and recovery.
c) Operate within the legal scope of practice as defined by state regulations.
d) Supervise and provide direction to licensed and non-licensed staff, ensuring effective delegation of tasks.
e) Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and patient safety practices.
f) Collaborate with patients to set realistic and measurable rehabilitation goals.
g) Create comprehensive care plans based on assessment findings, including prognosis and treatment frequency.
h) Educate patients and their families on treatment processes and home exercise programs.
i) Discharge patients when they no longer require skilled therapy, ensuring a smooth transition in care.

2) Documentation and Billing
a) Complete all required documentation in accordance with departmental standards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
b) Capture charges accurately, reflecting the services provided and adhering to billing guidelines.

3) Productivity
a) Aim to meet established productivity standards within your primary responsibilities.

4) Technology
a) Stay updated with technological advancements relevant to your role and utilize them effectively.

5) Communication
a) Engage in clear and effective communication with colleagues, patients, and their families across various platforms.

6) Professional Development
a) Take initiative in pursuing ongoing professional growth and development opportunities.

7) Professional Conduct
a) Maintain professionalism in all interactions and demonstrate resilience in challenging situations.

Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Experience: Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience is preferred, with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation being advantageous.
Licenses: Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license.
