Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Intake Therapist to join our team at Neighborhood Service Organization.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Job

This role is responsible for overseeing the intake process, ensuring compliance with behavioral health codes and funding requirements, and supervising a team of therapists. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social work, 3-5 years of experience in behavioral health, and 3 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intakes and manage the overall productivity of the clinic staff.
  • Ensure documentation quality and compliance with behavioral health codes and funding sources.
  • Supervise staff, provide clinical guidance, and evaluate performance.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as case management and psychiatric services, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work from an accredited institution.
  • State of Michigan Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) certification.
  • 3-5 years of experience in behavioral health.
  • 5 years of experience conducting intakes in a behavioral health setting.
  • 3 years of supervisory experience.
