About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Professional Counselor to provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to establish open lines of communication and offer assistance with mental health issues, substance abuse, and prevention-oriented therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with other treatment providers
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients through empathetic listening and rapport-building skills
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress
  • Foster a supportive environment for individuals struggling with trauma and mental health challenges

Requirements:

  • Active Arizona state license as a LPC, LCSW, LSW, LMFT, or LMHC, LDAC
  • Previous experience in mental health counseling or related fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead by example and demonstrate compassion in challenging situations
