We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Specialist - Crisis Services to join our team at the Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network. **Job Summary:** The Behavioral Health Specialist - Crisis Services is responsible for assessing and treating clients with complex behavioral health needs. This position requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat clients with complex behavioral health needs using evidence-based practices.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address client goals and outcomes.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.

  • Provide education and support to clients, families, and caregivers on mental health topics and crisis management.

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

Requirements:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:

  • A valid State of Michigan clinical licensure as an RN.

  • One year of full-time paid experience working in a behavioral health setting.

  • Excellent clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

  • Able to work a 12-hour schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
