About the Role

We're seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join our Monetization team, responsible for leading strategic research initiatives to identify novel product opportunities and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to prioritize research opportunities and integrate user research into product designs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading strategic research initiatives to identify novel product opportunities and drive business growth
  • Collecting and analyzing user behavior through lab studies, field visits, ethnography, surveys, benchmark studies, server logs, and online experiments
  • Working with cross-functional teams to prioritize research opportunities and integrate user research into product designs
  • Advocating research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and in-person presentations
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 5 years of experience working in UX research
  • Experience utilizing various research design methods, including usability studies, contextual inquiry, surveys, and A/B testing
  • Relevant product research experience, either in an end-to-end, usability, or generative setting
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership of the program with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proven ability to lead creative projects, solve complex problems using data, and inspire the team to think outside the box
  • Experience with monetization products and product design processes
  • Passion for contributing to and building an outstanding and industry-leading design community
