KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Safety and Security Specialist, your primary role will encompass the following duties:
  • Deliver exceptional service by ensuring the safety and security of both guests and team members while safeguarding the property through vigilant observation and prompt action.
  • Maintain composure and respond effectively to emergency situations, including medical incidents, disturbances, and other critical events.
  • Execute assigned duties at designated posts, whether stationary or mobile, as instructed by supervisory personnel.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises, providing assistance to guests and team members as needed while protecting the property from potential loss or damage.
  • Remain alert to safety issues or suspicious activities in all areas of the facility.
  • Utilize sound judgment and a calm approach when dealing with challenging individuals, ensuring safety and de-escalation of confrontations.
  • In emergency scenarios, take charge and guide fellow employees and guests on the appropriate actions to follow.
  • Carry out thorough investigations and compile detailed reports by gathering relevant information regarding incidents.
  • Engage consistently with guests and team members to deliver outstanding service, collaborating with various departments to enhance guest experiences and support investigations.
