About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Engineering Manager to join our Innovation Solutions team at Withum. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of various initiatives, collaborating with teams to identify and address business/product issues and opportunities, and ensuring that technical procedures align with the business/product vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development team in designing, coding, testing, and deploying software applications that leverage AI and RPA technologies, including UiPath, Power Platform, and Azure Cognitive Services.
  • Develop scalable cloud-native applications and automation solutions.
  • Build innovative products that span multiple service offerings.
  • Contribute to product functions such as planning, design, integration, testing, and deployment.
  • Act as a cross-functional team member by coding, writing, and performing automated tests.
  • Independently deliver development tasks committed to.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of technical components across the stack and the SDLC.
  • Expand knowledge of technical components in domains/products.
  • Possess a strong knowledge of development tools and a passion for learning new technologies.
  • Understand how to prioritize technical tasks using the backlog.
  • Participate in discussions with the innovation team to translate business/product requirements and client needs into technology requirements.
  • Participate in sprint planning and project/process specification meetings.
Requirements
  • Required Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Information Technology, Management Information Systems.
  • Preferred Certifications: Power Platform Solution Architect, Azure Solutions Architect.
  • Required Years of Experience: 8-10 years' experience preferred.
  • Strong personal and communication skills both written and verbal; ability to develop relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Great organizational skill.
  • Exhibits willingness to try new ideas, even when different that status quo.
  • Ability to work with several technology platforms including Microsoft Office and various innovative tools and systems.
  • Ability to prepare charts, tables, and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems, utilizing, if necessary, various business, scientific and/or engineering mathematical techniques.
  • Responsive and ability to work on multiple projects and communications simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail; ability to multitask and adapt to shifting needs and priorities.
  • Able to learn and adapt to new and complex procedures quickly.
  • Excellent time management skills.
Compensation

California/Washington State ranges are from $110,000 - $160,000. Washington, D.C. ranges are from $110,000 - $160,000. NYC ranges are from $110,000 - $160,000.
