Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the build-out of our West desk, working closely with our Head of Power & Gas Strat/Structuring and Head of Trading and Origination.
  • Develop and implement complex structuring strategies for deals such as HRCO, battery, and gas storage.
  • Collaborate with our trading and origination teams to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Utilize your quantitative skills to model and analyze complex deals, ensuring optimal risk management and returns.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in Power Structuring/Quant with a strong background in West market dynamics and CAISO expertise.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
