Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing budgeted sales goals, working with the team to exceed business objectives, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience in the QSR industry and strong supervisory, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage budgeted sales goals and work with the team to meet and exceed business objectives.
  • Oversee new store openings, provide proper training, and establish goals for General Managers.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are implemented and enforced.
  • Conduct regular store visits to confirm stores are ready for daily business.
  • Oversee training, staffing, and succession planning for all positions in the restaurants.
  • Ensure customer relation procedures are executed properly.
  • Verify that customer complaints and issues are handled appropriately.
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have 3-5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience in the QSR industry.
  • Strong supervisory, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Occasional overnight travel required.
  • Knowledge of QSR operating systems and procedures.
  • Experience with P&L analysis and action plans.
  • Ability to plan budgets effectively.
  • Familiarity with interviewing practices and recruiting skills.
  • Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
