Asset Protection Specialist

As a Loss Prevention Service Specialist at Kohl's, you will play a vital role in promoting customer service and preventing theft. You will be highly visible, spending most of your time at the store entrance and other key departments, working to raise shortage awareness among store associates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote customer service in the store by greeting and supporting customer needs
• Conduct associate package checks
• Conduct building and physical security inspections to minimize exposure to loss
• Promote a safe environment for associates and customers and respond to emergencies
• Support CCTV surveillance with other Loss Prevention associates as necessary
• Build partnerships with store and law enforcement
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent collaboration skills
• High ethical standards and adherence to Kohl's policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a customer service environment
• Prior experience in retail loss prevention, security or law enforcement
