Senior Manager, Product Analytics

The position is hybrid, allowing for a combination of onsite and remote work.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  2. Over 8 years of experience with SQL, Excel, Python, business intelligence, and data warehousing.
  3. Proficiency in extracting, synthesizing, and presenting critical data in a manner that directly addresses specific inquiries or enhances system performance.
  4. Experience in consulting and executing the design and implementation of comprehensive tracking systems.
  5. Capability to assess existing tracking implementations and propose enhancements.
  6. Act as a liaison between the Product Management and development teams to ensure accurate site tracking that meets stakeholder reporting requirements.
  7. Expertise in creating visually appealing data visualization dashboards to assist product team stakeholders in monitoring key performance indicators.
  8. Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Kibana) and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, BigQuery).
  9. Manage Google Analytics setup, configure events in Google Tag Manager, document tracking specifications for the engineering team, and verify the accuracy of the data layer.
  10. A proven history of dedication to previous employers.
