Senior Manager, Product Analytics

This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  2. Over 8 years of experience with SQL, Excel, Python, business intelligence, and data warehousing.
  3. Proficient in retrieving, synthesizing, and presenting essential data in a format that is immediately actionable for addressing specific inquiries or enhancing system performance.
  4. Experience in consulting and executing the design and implementation of comprehensive tracking systems.
  5. Ability to assess existing tracking implementations and recommend enhancements.
  6. Serve as a liaison between the Product Management team and the development team to ensure accurate tracking implementation that meets stakeholder reporting requirements.
  7. Skilled in creating visually appealing data visualization dashboards to assist product team stakeholders in monitoring key performance metrics.
  8. Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Kibana) and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, BigQuery).
  9. Manage Google Analytics setups, configure events in Google Tag Manager, document tracking specifications for the engineering team, and ensure the data layer functions correctly.
  10. A proven history of dedication to previous employers.
