Job Overview

The Care Manager at Sunrise Senior Living is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This role requires building meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, assisting with daily living activities, and participating in the development of individualized service plans.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with seniors and their families, providing assistance with daily living activities and attending to individual care needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans (ISPs) that meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Participate in community team efforts to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promote risk management programs.
  • Respond to dining needs of residents and guests while maintaining Sunrise hospitality and service standards.

Qualifications

">
  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties in service to residents.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications and licenses as per state regulations.
  • Prior experience working with seniors preferred.
  • Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the best interest of residents.
