- A Bachelor's degree coupled with two (2) years of relevant occupational experience; OR
- An Associate degree with six (6) years of pertinent occupational experience; OR
- A valid California Designated Subjects Adult Education Teaching Credential in Building and Construction Trades; OR
- Equivalent qualifications and experience.
