Job Title: Manager of Endpoint Services

Mount Holyoke College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Endpoint Services to lead a team of technical experts in delivering reliable and secure technology services to the college community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and coaching to a team of technical experts in endpoint management and security.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies and roadmaps to ensure endpoint services meet campus needs.
  • Oversee the implementation of patch management, endpoint security, and endpoint architecture.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, vendor agreements, and software licenses.
  • Manage hardware and software asset lifecycle, including computer purchasing policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to coach and mentor team members.
  • Endpoint management and desktop support expertise, with experience in Mac, Windows, and Linux.
  • M365 administration experience, including Entra, AD, Intune, Defender, and Autopilot.
  • Adept problem solver with ability to bring people together to solve technology problems and lead technology projects.
  • Combination of Microsoft, Apple, and IAITAM certifications, or willingness to learn and become certified.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in higher education or non-profit environment.
  • Process improvement and policy/procedure development.
  • Understanding of ITSM/ITIL concepts.
  • Experience with Workday, TeamDynamix, or iPaaS.
